Learn methods to avoid bullying
Called the Bully Buster seminar, a local tae kwon do school will offer a free one hour session this Saturday, 1 to 2 p.m., on how children can acquire the confidence to succeed this school year.
Trevor Warkentin, head instructor in the Okanagan region for Kees Tae Kwon Do, will demonstrate non-aggressive methods to avoid conflict at school or in the schoolyard.
The tae kwon do school is located at 228- Springfield Rd. in Kelowna.
