Brain health workshop in West Kelowna

Healthy aging is important for everyone, and it is essential not to forget the health of your brain as well.

This workshop encourages participants to actively engage in protecting and maintaining their brain.

Learn strategies and set goals for improving the health of your mind, body and spirit. Everyone interested in brain health is welcome to attend.

What: Heads Up: An Introduction to Brain Health

When: Friday, Sept. 12 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Where: Okanagan Regional Library Westbank Branch, 31-2484 Main St., West Kelowna

Tickets: Admission by donation

Registration: Is required by calling 250-860-0305 or email cgronlund@alzheimerbc.org.

Note: Workshops with insufficient registrants will be cancelled.
