Miss Universe Canada finalist Shanelle Connell partners with Prospera Place and the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort to host the summer charity event with its authentically Okanagan theme— wine tasting.
Join Connell on July 14 for her Operation Smile fundraiser, complete with a silent auction full of exclusive items. Operation Smile is the Miss Universe organization’s charity of choice.
All profitable proceeds go to the Operation Smile Organization which helps children born with cleft palate offering them and their families the resources and care to change their future.
“Everyone deserves to feel confidently beautiful, inside and out,” said Connell.
Taking place at Manhattan Point Restaurant, 1223 Water Street, the event starts at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 9.
The event entails complimentary wine tastings from wine reps representing wineries like Sandhill, Quails Gate, and more to be announced soon.
Early bird tickets are $35. Ticket price increases to $40 on June 22 and to $45 on July 7.
