Jay Malinowski & The Deadcoast at Streaming Cafe March 23

You might be most familiar with Jay Malinowski as the front man for Bedouin Soundclash.

Jay Malinowski & The Deadcoast, is his new project, and they have just released their album, Martel, through Pirates Blend/Sony.

Martel is a very different album for Malinowski, one that is very near and dear to his heart.  He became intrigued with an ancestor of his, Charles Martel.  This album is inspired by his research on Charles.  It is an 18-song album, comprised of nine songs being the Pacific side and nine songs being the Atlantic side.

Jay Malinowski & The Deadcoast are playing a show in Kelowna on March 23 at the Streaming Cafe.
