The Kelowna Kiwanis Music Festival is an annual performing arts festival held throughout the month of April at several venues in and around the Central Okanagan.

Performance opportunities are offered for choirs, voice, piano, classical guitar, strings, speech arts & drama, woodwinds, brass, concert bands, ballet, modern dance, and stage dance.

The community has the opportunity to enjoy and celebrate thousands of performances by amateur performing artists of the Okanagan.

The majority of festival participants range in age from 10 to 16 years old, although some are as young as 3 years old and some “sixty-plus”.

The Kelowna Kiwanis Music Festival mission is to provide an opportunity for amateur and young performing artists to demonstrate their achievements inmusic, dance and speech arts to their peers and to the community and to have their performances professionally evaluated in a constructive and positive manner.
