Rescheduled Okanagan Comedy Festival coming to Kelowna, Penticton

Get ready to laugh Okanagan.

The Okanagan Comedy Festival is coming back to Kelowna.

After being postponed due to the Grouse Complex of wildfires in August, the five-day festival has been rescheduled to take place from Wednesday, Oct. 25 to Sunday, Oct. 29.

The main Laugh Out Loud event will be taking place on Friday, Oct. 27 at the Rotary Centre for the Arts in Kelowna. The event is live recorded and will feature comedians Ali Hassan, Amanda Rose, Sunee Dhaliwal, Kate Belton, Kelly Taylor, and many more.

Other non-theatres events will be taking place throughout the five days at Carlos O’Bryan’s (West Kelowna), BNA Brewing Co. (Kelowna), DunnEnzies Pizza (Kelowna - Lower Mission), Railside Brewing (Kelowna), and Highway 97 Brewing Co.

Some of the other comedians set to perform include: Tim Nutt, Mike Wilmot, Lars Callieou, Scott Dumas, Charles Haycock, Matt Baker, Brittany Lysend, Velina Taskov, Norm Shaw, and Kyle P. Ferris.
