BC business takes flight: Kelowna-Victoria commute easier than ever with Pacific Coastal

Your quick, convenient and affordable way to do business in Victoria

Doing business in the provincial capital has never been so easy.

Pacific Coastal Airlines’ brand-new mid-day flight gives travellers three weekday times to fly non-stop from Kelowna to Victoria, with multiple weekend flights rounding out the options.

“This new schedule provides more options for customers travelling between Victoria and Kelowna,” says Kevin Boothroyd, Pacific Coastal’s Director of Business Development.

“These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to provide the public with quick, convenient, and affordable transportation choices. We are proud to support local communities in British Columbia.”

Choose the time that works for you

Business meetings scheduled on the Island? Make a day of it, starting with the early flight leaving from Kelowna (YLW) at 8:45 a.m and touching down in Victoria (YYJ) at 9:50 a.m. – in plenty of time for your first mid-morning meetings. Or, enjoy your morning in Kelowna before climbing aboard the comfortable 1900 D Beechcraft for the new 3:45 p.m. flight.

For those who prefer to put in a full day in Kelowna before an early next-day start in Victoria, fly the evening before, leaving the Okanagan at 6:55 p.m. and landing in Victoria in time for a comfortable check-in at your hotel.

Everything you need on the road and in the air

In both YYJ and YLW, enjoy the services you need for an easy business commute.

Leaving from Kelowna, find short- and long-term parking plus options for frequent travellers. Inside, the Grant Thornton Business Centre, accessible to all passengers in the departures lounge, features private workstations with charging stations and a free WiFi connection, allowing you to get busy while waiting for your flight.

In Victoria, city shuttles, public transportation, taxis and car rentals are readily available onsite upon landing. For your return trip, find business workstations and free WiFi in the passenger departure lounge.
