Have you ever dreamed of having your home look like the centrefold of a home design magazine? Or wished you could replicate how your couch looked on the display floor?

Ashley Lupul, Manager at Muse and Merchant, knows a thing or two about creating the perfect display for the showroom floor. She’s sharing two of her favourite vignettes currently on display and how you can replicate the look in your own home.

Ashley’s first look offers soft, cosy vibes perfect for those wanting to bring natural colours and inspiration into their home.

“This first vignette features our Shauna sectional in luxurious green velvet. The Shauna is completely modular, so you can configure her any way you like. It’s also available in a popular fluffy sherpa/boucle fabric,” says Ashley.

Also featured are the Jaye swivel chair and Ford chair. The Jaye is a swivel chair with a camel leather and sherpa mix for the covering, and the Ford chair is a hammock-style chair also in sherpa. Along with this fabulous seating, we added some fun and classic Muse finds like the cowhide rug, faux fur cushions and throws, as well as lovely textured toss cushions. Lastly, we have some of our very cool metal accessories, which are quite popular and great statement pieces.

For their second vignette, Ashley and her team opted to feature more of their popular soft, woodsy colours. But the most notable difference between the two vignettes is a bit harder to spot.

“This second setup highlights our amazing Canadian Custom line of furniture, including our Invidia sofa, which is naturally the star of the show and featured in ‘gunmetal,’ and our Lennox chair in green velvet. As part of our Canadian custom line, both are available in over 150 fabrics, and Invidia has the option to be made into a sectional or a smaller apartment-sized sofa,” Ashley says.

Adding that ‘modern cottage core’ vibe is the beautiful Montana coffee table. Ashley and her team also added their popular Marley chair paired with an Aries ottoman. Finally, they included a cowhide rug for some rustic flair, faux fur throws in white paired with soft green and pink leather accent pillows for texture, and of course, one of their adorable rhino ottomans (other animal ‘friends’ available).
