Young and old head to The Sails to celebrate Kelowna's cannabis culture

Around 50 people turned up at Kelowna's Sails Wednesday afternoon to celebrate '420' — an annual celebration of cannabis culture and a day to protest for the legalization of marijuana in cities across Canada and the United states.
