RCMP investigate suspicious fires in Peachland

On Aug. 6 at 5:22 a.m., West Kelowna RCMP responded to several small bush fires near a school on Clements Crescent in Peachland.
There were two fires, approximately 900 square feet in size, and several other smaller ones in proximity to the larger ones. All were put out by the Peachland Fire Department.
The fires are considered suspicious in nature and police area asking for any information concerning this investigation. Please call the West Kelowna Detachment at 250-768-2880 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS to report.
