Kelowna Mounties are looking for public's help

Kelowna Mounties are asking for the public to help locate the silver/green Ford Explorer that left the scene of a Sunday afternoon gangland style shooting at the Delta Grand Hotel.

"The public is asked to call in with any information concerning a newer, silver/green Ford Explorer, that was in the Kelowna city area this past weekend, Aug. 12 to 14," said Const. Steve Holmes.

Any information, such as when and where it was seen, direction of travel, descriptions of any occupants, or any other details can be called in to the Kelowna Detachment at 250-762-3300 or to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-5477 or visit the Crime Stoppers website.

Holmes added that there are no updates with respect to the status of the investigation except to advise that it is moving forward and police are following numerous leads, while the status of those injured in the incident remains unchanged.
