West Kelowna: RCMP locate 750 plant grow-op

West Kelowna RCMP located a sophisticated 750 plant marijuana grow operation and hydro bypass on Dec. 16.

A 52-year-old male was arrested in a residence in the 2800 block of Auburn Road and later released on a promise to appear for court in February, 2012.

Charges of production of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking and theft of telecommunications are being recommended.

The suspect had no prior dealings with police.
