Kelowna teen's alleged crime spree comes to an end
A Kelowna teen has been charged with arson, disregard for human life and break and enter, relating to a crime spree that played out earlier this week in a Black Mountain neighbourhood.
Brandon Seberras-Pick, 18, was located subsequent to the break and enter on the 1500 block of Feedham Avenue in the early hours of Thursday.
"We had the report of a break and enter, tracked the suspect with police dog and located him inside a nearby residence," said Const. Kris Clark.
Shortly after he was apprehended, they linked Seberras-Pick to an earlier arson.
"At 1:58 a.m., the Kelowna RCMP were alerted to a residential fire on Large Avenue by the Kelowna Fire Department," said Clark.
"The residents were all able to escape the fire and were treated for minor smoke inhalation. The fire appeared to be suspicious in nature as it originated from the outside of the house."
Seberras-Pick appeared in court Friday morning.
