Kelowna Mounties ask for help finding pizzeria robber
Mounties are on the hunt for a robbery suspect who hit up the Papito's pizzeria in Rutland for a slice and some cash.
The Kelowna RCMP received a report of a robbery at Papito's Pizza on Rutland Road South, April 30 at 7:47 p.m.
"A Caucasian man ordered a pizza, waiting in the lobby for his pie to be cooked," said Const. Kris Clark.
"When his order was up he stated he was robbing the place, demanding they open the till. The man took a small amount of cash, and his pizza, before fleeing on foot. No weapon was produced and no one was hurt."
The suspect is described as:
- Caucasian
- 25-30 years old
- Approximately 6 feet tall
- 200lbs
- short dark-blonde hair
- lanky with a medium build
- wearing a blue hoodie
