Grass fire under control at Tower Ranch golf course

The Kelowna Fire Department responded to a grass fire at the Tower Ranch Golf Course north of Black Knight Mountain.

The fire, first reported at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, was between holes number 13 and 14 on the course.

At its peak the size of the fire was estimated to be 100 by 100 feet in diameter.
