Coroner confirms identity of head injury victim
Kelowna resident Kent Alexander Ford, 60, has been identified by the B.C. Coroners Service as the individual who died from head injuries sustained from an apparent fall on Nov. 3.
Ford had been found lying unresponsive outside his vehicle, which was parked outside the home of a friend, in Lake Country.
He was taken to Kelowna General Hospital where he was diagnosed as suffering from a significant head injury.
Despite aggressive medical care, Ford died in the early morning hours of Nov. 6.
While the Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death, foul play has been ruled out.
