Big White Ski Resort to open up Nov. 29
Big White Ski Resort will start the winter ski season on Thursday, slated to open the Ridge Rocket High-Speed Quad Chair, The Plaza Quad Chair and Lara’s Gondola (eight-passenger) commencing at 8:45 a.m.
Ticket prices will be reduced by 50 per cent on Thursday and Friday. Runs expected to open will be limited to Easy Out, Highway 33, Easy Street, Hummingbird, and Lower Perfections. More runs will come on stream as snowfall levels permit.
Big White hopes to open the runs off of the Black Forest and Bullet chair lifts Saturday, Dec.1 . At that time, tickets will go to full price.
