Kelowna man pleads guilty to three robberies

A Kelowna man accused of committing five robberies last June has pleaded guilty to three of the heists.

On Thursday morning, Kevin Leroy Kucheran pleaded guilty to robbing the Mission Park Mall Dollar store, The Wardrobe Boutique and one other Pandosy Street business.

The robberies took place between June 2 and June 12, 2012.

Kucheran, 47, was arrested and charged three months after the robberies took place.

Sentencing is set to be scheduled on Feb. 4.
