Elderly pedestrians hit in a crosswalk at Gordon Drive in hospital

Two elderly women are in hospital with serious injuries after being hit at the corner of Gordon Drive and Harvey Avenue this morning.

At 6:30 a.m., an RCMP officer happened upon an accident involving the two women who were apparently walking southbound across Harvey Avenue on the west side of Gordon when they were struck by a northbound Toyota Prius.
