Tower Ranch development has a new owner

Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. has acquired the Tower Ranch development land from Intrawest.

Parkbridge’s vision is to bring an active retirement lifestyle community to the Kelowna market, focusing on providing homes for people in their pre-retirement or retirement years.

The community will offer the benefits of affordable low-maintenance living for active adults in a professionally-managed community with excellent on-site amenities and an active social lifestyle – all with the many financial advantages of the “Parkbridge Live Smart Lease.”

“We are excited to develop our first property in Kelowna, and believe that the community will be a great addition to the award-winning Tower Ranch Golf course,” said Parkbridge resident and CEO Andrew Blair.

“We look forward to contributing to the area’s growth and to the stewardship of Kelowna’s unprecedented quality of life and all that it has to offer for future residents.”
