West Kelowna community open house

The public is invited to attend an upcoming open house to discuss multiple ongoing topics in the West Kelowna community. Information will be on display and feedback is welcomed.

District of West Kelowna staff, West Kelowna Fire Rescue, Regional District of the Central Okanagan and Okanagan Basin Water Board representatives will be on hand to provide information on their services.

A supervised kids play area and free refreshments will also be available.

The open house takes place Wednesday, May 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Royal LePage Place, 2760 Cameron Rd.

Some of the topics to be discussed include: Draft Water Master Plan, carriage homes, way finding signage program, Wildhorse Community Park, municipal alcohol policy, election 2014, Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre facility update and Westlake Road upgrades.
