Traffic strategy meeting tonight for Casa Loma

Traffic solutions are being sought for West Kelowna's Casa Loma neighbourhood.

A community meeting to discuss possible traffic flow and safety improvements is being heldĀ at Lakeview Heights Community Hall, 860 Anders Rd., tonight, Aug. 20 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Residents in the Pritchard Drive neighbourhood attended a meeting last night.

The purpose of the meetings is to present traffic data collected in the neighbourhoods and give residents the opportunity to comment and ask questions of West Kelowna District staff and the traffic consultant hired to collect the data.

Residents will be given the opportunity to complete surveys and provide feedback on whether or not they would like traffic strategies completed for their neigbhourhoods.

If residents choose to proceed with traffic strategies, subsequent meetings will be held to present proposed strategies.
