Kelowna hotel break-in

Two suspect males seen leaving a room they had broken in to.

Police are investigating after various rooms were broken into in a Kelowna hotel Sunday evening.

On Jan. 10, at 11:19 p.m., the Kelowna RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter to various rooms inside a hotel located in the 2100 block of Harvey Avenue.

Police determined that the suspects forcibly gained entry into three separate rooms inside the hotel and stole several items.

Two male suspects were seen by hotel security exiting one of the rooms before they fled the area in a vehicle. The black older model Dodge pickup truck was last seen headed south on Harvey Avenue.

Kelowna RCMP forensic identification services was called in to examine the rooms.
