Kelowna RCMP are looking to identify half-naked groper

Kelowna RCMP are looking to identify a man who inappropriately touched a woman in Rutland Wednesday morning.

On Oct. 14 at 6:45 a.m., a 24-year-old Kelowna woman was en route to work this morning when an unknown man placed his hands on her buttocks and ran off Westbound on Highway 33.

“The woman was at or near the intersection of Mills Road and Highway 33 in Rutland. The woman described the man as naked from the waist down and wearing a dark grey hoodie with the hood up,” said Cpl Joe Duncan, in a press release.

Police attended the area and did extensive patrols however the suspect was not located.
