WOOD, Bernice Evelyn
After a long battle with ovarian cancer, Bernice Evelyn Wood passed away peacefully, with friends and family present, on November 21, 2016. A long-time resident of Kelowna, she is predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Charlie Wood and survived by sons: Bob Wood (Sue) of White Rock and Doug Wood (Allison) of Kelowna and granddaughters: Amanda Wood, Christi Rossignol (Kevin), Caitlyn Wood, Danielle Larsen and sister-in-law Marge Wenman of Langley. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 26th at 10:00 am at Springfield Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory, to the Southern Interior Cancer Clinic or Ovarian Cancer Canada.
