Onyett, Charles William (BIll)
April 2, 1936- February 27, 2017
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles William ( Bill) Onyett on February 27, 2017, with his wife Joan by his side. Bill was born in Halifax ,N.S., where he later met and married Joan ( Fultz). Bill was in the RCAF for 35 years and later, was commanding officer of 243 Ogopogo Squadron of Kelowna BC. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joan, to whom he was married for
59 years, his sons Cliff ( Castlegar, BC), Barry (Nepean, ON), Glen ( Edmonton AB), sister Mildred ( Halifax, NS) 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.Bill was pre-deceased by his parents Mary Esther(Conway) and Wifred Henry Onyett, his brothers Mont and George and sister Belva.
