Harvey Lynn Duggan passed away on August 21, 2016 at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 59. Harvey is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Yvonne, Daughters Trish, Cheryl (Marc), Vicki (Chris), Granddaughters Brittany (Matt), Hayden & Oaklyn, his mother Joan Duggan, and Brother Murray (Sherry), and Mother in law, Judy McCord. Harvey is a beloved Uncle, brother in law, neighbour, friend and co worker, and will be greatly missed by so many. He was predeceased by his father Vern Duggan, and Father in Law Keith McCord. Harvey will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, friends and anyone who needed a helping hand. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on August 26, 2016 at Valleyview Funeral Home at 165 Valleyview Road Kelowna.
