Lillian Rosalea Brunt

Lillian Rosalea Brunt, 87, of Kelowna, passed away Peacefully at Sunpointe Village on September 30,2017 in Kelowna.
Lil was born in Vernon to Alex and Olga Zimmerman on June,14,1930.
She married long time soulmate Edwin Richard ( Dick) Brunt on December 17,1955 in Calgary.
She was actively involved in Her church and the Vintage Car Club of Canada Okanagan Chapter. Where she served as President of the Ladies Auxiliary for many years.
Lil is predeceased by her Mother and Father, Olga and Alex Zimmerman of Oliver, Brother, Rudy Zimmerman and his Wife Gladys of Surrey, and her close Sister Clara Schuck of Abbotsford.
Lil is survived by Her Soulmate and Husband Dick Brunt of Kelowna, Son Darrel, His Wife Laurie and their Daughter Ashley Brunt of Fort St John.
Brothers, Art Zimmerman and his family of Kelowna. Harry Zimmerman and his family of Calgary and Sister Mary Motley and her family of Calgary. As well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Willowstone Academy. 4091 Lakeshore Rd.
The family of Lil wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff and administration of Sunpointe Village for the care and compassion they extended to Lil and all those that visited her.
Funeral services will be held at First Luthern Church, 4091 Lakeshore R., Kelowna on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00 am with the Pastor Leigh officiating.
Urn will be Interred a later date in the Bennett Memorial Wall at the Kelowna Cemetery.
