To the editor:
On Oct. 19, let’s get out in record numbers to vote for a Canada we believe in.
I am voting because I believe all Canadians, and every citizen of the world, has the right to live in a healthy environment with clean air, water and soil.
I am voting because it is my civil responsibility to exercise this right.
Others in the world are just trying to survive with no right to vote.
We have the power to make a difference for the world, step up, step forward and make that difference.
I am voting because I don’t want to leave my kids and anyone’s children and/or grandkids with an economic, social or environmental deficit.
Vote, think and vote.
