Letter: Clark’s pro-Israel stance is only to get votes

To the editor:

So, B.C. Premier Christy Clark is pro-Israel? She is not pro-peace, just pro-Israel.

She is OK with the 1050+ deaths in Palestine—many of them children. Within the last few days, Israel just bombed the power plant—nice going.

Should Canadians not be pro-peace and not take sides in international disputes?

What representation do we have in B.C.? I am truly ashamed of premier Clark: ‘Get me the Jewish votes in Vancouver, I will be OK, I don’t really care how many Palestinian children are killed—as long as I get my pro votes.’

Jorgen Hansen,

Kelowna
