Salmon Arm Dumps West Kelowna 4-1 at RLP

Second to last game prior to Christmas and the Warriors fall in front of 1,400 fans in West Kelowna

Despite outshooting the Salmon Arm Silverbacks 38-19 Friday night in West Kelowna, the Warriors dropped a 4-1 decision to Salmon Arm.

Marcus Basara scored the lone goal for the Warriors, who were stymied by Silverbacks netminder Adam Clark, who was named the first star in the game.

Salmon Arm clawed to within a point of the Warriors in the BCHL Interior Conference. West Kelowna has now dropped two straight games.

The two teams meet again Saturday in Salmon Arm before the Warriors break for Christmas.
