The West Kelowna Warriors have just a single game on the schedule this weekend, but it'san important one in a very tight BC Hockey League Interior Conference.
The Warriors host the Trail Smoke Eaters on Friday at Royal LePage Place in West Kelowna (7 p.m.).
The game is Teddy Bear toss night at Royal LePage Place.
It's a chance for the second place Warriors (12-8-2-6) to put some distance between them and the Smoke Eaters (14-18-0-1) who sit in fifth, but are just three points back of West Kelowna.
The Warriors are tied for second place with Merritt in the Interior, where just five points separates second from sixth (Vernon).
Penticton holds down first place in the division, 11 points ahead of the Warriors and Centennials.
