Dozens brave the frigid waters of Kalamalka Lake Sunday for the Project Zimbabwe Winter Carnival Polar Bear swim at Kal Beach. Captain Arthur Forsyth of the Army Cadets was among those who went all in. The Captain had made a deal with his cadets if they raised the money he would go for a swim.
