Bob Dylan to hit Kelowna stage

For the first time in more than a decade, Dylan will be rocking an Okanagan stage

Iconic singer-songwriter Bob Dylan is set to rock the Prospera Place stage this summer.

Following the 55th anniversary of his first album, Dylan and His Band are going on tour this summer with stops throughout North America.

The legendary musician will be gracing the Prospera Place stage on Monday July 24, 2017 at 8 p.m.

Dylan and his band will be on the road for a swing through the Northeast in June followed by a series of Canadian appearances.

The tour begins with three shows at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York June 13 – 15.

After an appearance at Delaware’s Firefly Festival on June 17, Dylan will play concerts in Wallingford, Connecticut; Providence, Rhode Island; Kingston, New York and Syracuse, New York to end the American portion of the run.

On June 27, Dylan kicks off the Canadian portion of the tour with a performance at Rogers K-Rock Centre in Kingston, Ontario.

From there, Dylan brings his band to the Canadian cities of Ottawa, Montreal, Barrie, Oshawa, Toronto, London, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Calgary, Medicine Hat, Edmonton, Dawson Creek, Prince George, Kelowna, Vancouver and Victoria.

Tickets for all shows go on sale this Friday, March 24 at 10 a.m.
