Schedule confirmed for Air Display at Peach Festival

The Penticton Air Display takes place during the opening night of the Peach Festival

Times have been confirmed for the Penticton Air Display 2017 which is part of the opening night entertainment for Peach Festival.

The Penticton Air Display on Wednesday Aug. 9 begins with the Canadian Forces Skyhawks Precision Parachute Team at 5 p.m. landing at Okanagan Lake Park located directly east of the Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre.

The Snowbirds airflight exhibition will follow at approximately 6 p.m. followed by a Canadian Forces CF-18 Hornet Fighter Jet to round out the show at approximately 6:45 p.m.

All three events are free to the public. Organizers suggest the best viewing is beachside or at the park located east of the Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre.

Additional information on autograph signing and other events will be announced soon.
