The Body & Soul Kelowna Wellness Fair is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 13 and 14 at the Parkinson Rec Center.

This Kelowna Wellness Fair features over 60 exhibitors from the health and wellness community. Their mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle to the residents of the Okanagan.

Exhibitors range from skincare products to fitness trainers. Admission is free.
