Fitness class starting for women with MS

Fitness class for women with MS will commence on Jan. 7, 1:15 p.m., and run for eight consecutive weeks.

The Okanagan chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society will offer a functional fitness and core stability class for women.

The fitness class will commence on Jan. 7, 1:15 p.m., and run for eight consecutive weeks.

Women with other chronic health conditions are also invited to take part in the program.

The sessions will take place at the Women’s Place on Springfield Road in Kelowna, with registration limited to 10 women.
