Lily James stars as corseted Cinderella

In Theatres: Disney’s new ‘Cinderella’ and ‘Frozen Fever’

The princesses make their return this weekend, with Lily James as a new live-action Cinderella and Elsa and Anna reuniting in Arendelle

Disney is re-corseting and rolling out its princesses this weekend, with a 2015 live-action version of Cinderella – starring Lily James, Cate Blanchett, and Richard Madden – and a new short called Frozen Fever, reuniting Elsa and Anna in their Scandinavian winter wonderland.

Also debuting, trailers below:

  • Liam Neeson and Ed Harris star in Run All Night. (It’s like Taken, but it’s not called Taken.)
  • The documentary The Price We Pay takes a look at massive multinational corporations and their process of dodging corporate taxes in the countries (like Canada and the United States) they operate. It’s not just banks or financial institutions like Barclay’s, for example, but also tech giants like Apple and Google that The Price We Pay (directed by Harold Crooks) takes aim at.
