The Coquihalla Highway between Merritt and Hope is closed southbound because of a vehicle crash.
DriveBC announced the closure at 2:28 p.m. on Feb. 28, with their next update scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
An assessment is in progress.

Detours are available using Highway 5A and Highway 3.
The Coquihalla is currently under a winter storm warning, expecting 25-40 cm of snow and heavy winds. Highway 3 are under a snowfall warning.
