A sedan spun out and crashed Thursday evening closing one lane on Highway 97.

The accident occurred in the westbound lanes near the Westside Road overpass in West Kelowna.

The sedan could be seen rested up against the concrete barrier facing the opposite direction of traffic.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
