Conservatives announce MLA candidate for Kelowna Centre

Kristina Loewen has been announced as the Conservative Party of BC candidate for Kelowna Centre.

The party made the announcement on Facebook.

Loewen works in real estate and has lived in Kelowna for the past 25 years.

The party’s website states Loewen “envisions a future where individuals and families are empowered in all aspects of their lives, including health, finances, and relationships. She believes that a strong, safe, and united community, coupled with a thriving economy, are essential for achieving this vision. Kristina’s strong conservative values drive her commitment to forging a better future for Kelowna, the province, and all its residents.”

Other local Conservative candidates that have been announced are Tara Armstrong for Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream, Maklin McCall for West Kelowna-Peachland, and Alexandra Wright for Kelowna-Mission.

The provincial general election is scheduled for Oct. 19, 2024.
