Fire broke out at a town house on Wyndam Court Monday afternoon.
As temperatures soared to 28C firefighters donned full gear to put out the blaze.
“There is fire damage inside the garage. It was contained to the garage,” said Capt. Steve Wallick on the scene.
No one was home at the time the fire broke out. There were no pets inside the home and the fire did not initially appear to cause any damage to the neighbouring duplex.
Asked about a cause, Wallick said “we’re not sure.”
