Gordon Harris, an urban planner, president and CEO of SFU Community Trust will be speaking about community building and how to create well designed and sustainable buildings.

In his role at SFU Community Trust he provides leadership in the development of UniverCity, an award winning sustainable community adjacent to Simon Fraser University.

If it isn’t profitable, it isn’t sustainable. In the context of climate change, the building and real estate development industry will continue to face expectations for increased greenhouse gas emission reductions over the years to come.
