Jury selection is scheduled to get underway today for the trial looking into the 2016 death of an Ontario man outside a Kelowna Cactus Club.
Cory Richard Eric Van Gilder, 26, is charged with manslaughter in relation to the death of Zachary Gaudette, 30.
On Feb. 17, 2016 Gaudette was taken to hospital by ambulance from outside the Banks Road restaurant after an altercation.
He was in serious condition and succumbed to his injuries two days later.
Van Gilder was charged months later.
