Kelowna thieves smash multiple car windows

Police report a string of thefts from vehicles late Wednesday night in downtown Kelowna

Kelowna RCMP continue to investigate after multiple vehicles were broken into near Manhattan Drive and Water Street in Kelowna.

RCMP were called to the Manhattan Drive area on Thursday after one of the owners woke to find the passenger side window of their vehicle smashed overnight. RCMP attended and soon discovered at least four vehicles had been broken into, all had their passenger side windows smashed in order to gain entry.

Police advise the mischief occurred sometime during the evening of Wednesday Nov. 29 and early morning hours of Thursday Nov. 30, 2017.
