The Your Website. Your Photos. Your Lake Country contest has launched in Lake Country to encourage residents, businesses and visitors to capture the community.
Each photo submitted will be considered for use on the district website and entered into a draw for a chance to win Creekside Theatre show tickets for four.
“This is a great way for residents of all ages, businesses and visitors to Lake Country to get involved and really show us what makes our community special,” said Reyna Seabrook, corporate services manager.
“As we work to improve our website, these photos will add a unique perspective that will showcase what it truly means to be part of our community.”
Photos are being accepted in the following categories: lakes, agriculture, wildlife, active living, business, entertainment, special events, arts and people.
The deadline for submission of photos is Aug. 25. Anyone can submit as many photos as they like, but each name will only be entered in the draw once. The draw will take place Aug. 28.
