Two men charged in a Halloween home invasion last year are headed to Supreme Court.

At a court appearance this week, Matthew Scott Stewart and Keven Graham were ordered to stand trial on charges related to the home invasion.

The pair are accused of breaking into a home in the 1300-block of Belaire Avenue in the early morning hours of Nov. 1, 2012 and threatening the woman inside.

“The report indicated that two unknown men entered [the] home with guns and threatened the occupant. The woman fled the

residence and called 911,” said Const. Kris Clark at the time.

Police tracked the suspects after the 911 call and arrested Graham. Stewart was arrested in Surrey in January 2013.

The pair is charged with armed robbery, two break and enter offences, assault with a weapon and three firearms offences.

The date of their next court appearance is not yet known.
