Music in the parks

Live! in Lake Country music series returns this summer.

The live music program performed at various outdoor venues for free makes its return to Lake Country for another summer.

Live! in Lake Country kicked off on Canada Day and will be followed by weekly Saturday evening events in the parks around the municipality during July and August.

Parking will be limited so people attending are encouraged to carpool, walk or cycle to the venues.

The public is asked not to park in areas of roadways designated as no-parking zones as any additional special event parking will be clearly marked.

The concert schedule is as follows:

July 8th Lake Country Big Band presented by TD—OK Centre

July 15th Christopher Blaine presented by TD —Swalwell Park

July 22nd Ben Klick and Cod Gone Wild presented by TD—Beasley Park

July 29th Sabrina Weeks Band presented by TD—Kopje Park

Aug 5th Joshua Smith presented by TD—Pioneer Park

Aug 12th Michael Painchaud presented by TD—Swalwell Park

Aug 19th Arrivals and Dreams presented by TD—Beasley Park

Aug 26th JS Garcia Band presented by TD—Swalwell Park

Children’s activities will also be organized on a the concert venue sites.
