“The department and affected homeowners are monitoring the situation in case conditions change,” said Bruce Smith, with the Regional District of Central Okanagan.

Sandbags and sand are available at the main North Westside fore hall hall Station at 514 Udell Road for any property owner that might be concerned about protecting their property. Contact the department to obtain sandbags at 250-545-1195.
