A vehicle recovery in the process between Loon Lake Road and Aspen Grove (32 kilometres east of Merritt), causing the highway to reduce to one lane.

This stretch of Highway 1 is expected 10-20 centimetres of snow throughout Tuesday and into Wednesday morning.
On Tuesday, the Coquihalla is expected 60-80 centimetres of rain, which increases the risk of flooding and landslides.
